[Pombelist] GO Enrichment/GSEA file for Pombe?

Hello Iain,

I am not familiar with either of these formats (GMT or GSEA),
but the fission yeast Gene Ontology gene association files are available 
to download from :

http://www.sanger.ac.uk/Projects/S_pombe/GO_info.shtml
or from the gene ontology website
http://www.geneontology.org/GO.downloads.annotations.shtml

The annotation file is a simple tab delimited format so interconversion 
should be relatively straight forward.
