Dear all,

To accompany our high-resolution study of the fission yeast transcriptome, we have developed a TranscriptomeViewer to access detailed maps of transcript structures associated with your favourite genes and surrounding regions. Visual and numeric transcript information can be retrieved from multiple experimental conditions.
