[Pombelist] Q: S.pombe colony PCR

Dear all,

can anyone point us to a good protocol for colony PCR with S.pombe?
Which polymerase do you use  for this purpose?  Whats the best way
to release the DNA from the cells (boiling/freeze-thaw/zymolyase)?
