Can anyone reccomend background reading on the basics of growing cultures? Basically I keep gettiging it wrong. I grow my preculture and to grow up the culture it's a hit and miss as to how much volume I add. What is the purpose of measuring OD? Of using things like a coulter counter? Any references anyone can reccomend would be great. And sorry, I know it's basics. Thanks. --------------------------------- Do you Yahoo!? Send holiday email and support a worthy cause.
